Night Custodian

Campus: Multi-Campus

Purpose: to provide a clean, safe campus and a comfortable setting on the Fellowship campuses

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance Specialist

Campus: Multi-Campus

Purpose: Perform maintenance tasks as required by work orders or assigned. To assist where needed with other projects, construction remodels and/or repairs.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Start date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Candidates shall have 3-5 years experience and possess a fundamental knowledge in the basic trades for remodeling, building construction, repairs and/or maintenance fields. These include the following types of skill sets:
    • rough and finish carpentry,
    • drywall,
    • flooring and
    • other basic handyman-type skills.
  • Support the Mission and Vision of Fellowship and that of Buildings & Grounds team
  • Make sure that the campuses have the Fellowship “Look, Smell & Feel”
  • Maintain Campuses as work order(s) prescribe
  • Give attention to a wide range of Maintenance-oriented activities as described by; but not limited to B&G work order system

Bentonville Kid's Time Classroom Leader

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays 8:45-11:45am; 5:30-8:45pm

Start date: January thru April 2024

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.

Production Technician

Campus: Multi-Campus

Purpose: Assist in the management, execution and expansion of technical production resources for all Fellowship ministries.

Hours: Full-time, salaried, 40 hours/week

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Manage AVL technical production for Fellowship Campuses
  • Manage Campus Engineering support for Fellowship worship venues, classes, and events
  • Lead in management of all service prep for designated Fellowship Campuses
  • Lead in recruitment of volunteers and training sessions for volunteers
  • Foster volunteer team health in conjunction with worship team
  • Assist Media teams with task and creative decisions as time permits.
  • Assist Tech Prod team in all AVL gear maintenance, planning, and inventory
  • Assist worship team with service planning and creative ideas and deployment of any and all projects
  • Work with Tech Prod team on larger scale projects and assist everywhere necessary

Rogers Kids Day Out Classroom Leader

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K. Visit Kids Day Out for more information on the program.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15 

Start date: Summer Session is June 5 - July 26 (off the week of July 4th)

Leadership responsibilities:
